Poonch, February 04 (KNO) : A buoy hailing from Pakistan administered Kashmir (PaK) has finally crossed the fence to reach home on Monday after being barred from meeting relatives in Poonch district in Jammu region.  Kamran Aftab, son of Mohammad Aftab of Bandi village of Khuiratta Tehsil in PaK reached Poonch through Raah-e-Milan bus service that moves between Poonch and Rawlakote every Monday. He reached Poonch on 28th January under a permit of 28 days and was scheduled to the visit the house of his uncle at Behrote village located ahead of LoC where his grandmother is also residing.  However, Kamran as per Kashmir News Observer (KNO) was not allowed to move ahead of LoC fence by Army citing security concerns. The boy also approached Deputy Commissioner Poonch who wrote a letter asking Army to allow the boy to visit the house of uncle located ahead of LoC fence. However, Army cited security concern and also gave reference of a recently held security conference in Rajouri wherein decision was taken to restrict the movement ahead of LoC.  The said boy, after being disallowed by Army to move ahead of LoC, has started his return journey today via the peace bus that is moving between Poonch and Rawlakote today.(KNO)
